For browsing, study and office work, start by comparing 8GB RAM and an SSD. For many open apps, coding or heavier spreadsheets, consider 16GB RAM or more. Gaming, CAD and video editing need a closer look at the exact CPU, graphics card, cooling and software requirements. Processor generation matters as well as the Core i5 or i7 name.

Know your warranty and repair terms

Brand-new products usually carry a 1-year warranty; used, refurbished and Ex-UK products usually carry 6 months from purchase. Terms vary by item. Confirm the specific coverage before ordering and keep your receipt.

Warranty coverage and sealed products

Our published warranty covers manufacturing faults and excludes physical damage, liquid damage and misuse. Accessories may have different terms. Read the Return & Refund Policy for eligibility and the claims process.

Brand-new factory-sealed products are unsealed after full payment. Confirm specifications, colour and features first. If a unit is defective when unsealed at purchase, our purchase inspection policy is to replace it with another brand-new unit.

How long will a repair take?

Repaired items come with a 1-month repair warranty. Repairs take from 15 minutes to a maximum of 14 working days, depending on the repair job type. Ask for an assessment, quotation and estimated completion date for your specific repair before authorising work. Discuss or book a repair.

Nairobi base, delivery across Kenya

Our shop is in Nairobi; you do not need to visit to discuss an order. Send your town and exact delivery location so we can confirm availability, delivery coverage, the fee and the expected arrival date before payment.

Delivery timing, tracking and receiving

Our published delivery guide is usually 1 business day within Nairobi and 1–3 business days by courier to other Kenyan towns after order confirmation. These are estimates; remote locations, courier routes and holidays can affect arrival. Orders confirmed after 5pm, on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

We share the rider contact or courier tracking details after dispatch. Check the package and item on arrival. Report damage or a wrong item within 7 days with your order details, following our policy. Shop collection is free; delivery charges are confirmed before payment. We currently deliver within Kenya only.
