We deliver within Kenya only. You can also collect your order free of charge from our shop at World Business Center, 3rd Floor, Shop 9, Tom Mboya Street, Nairobi.
Delivery times
Nairobi CBD and Nairobi area: usually within 1 business day after your order is confirmed.
Other towns in Kenya: usually 1 to 3 business days by courier after your order is confirmed.
Orders confirmed after 5:00pm, on Sundays or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery costs
Collection from our shop is free. The delivery fee depends on your location and the size of the order, and we tell you the exact amount before you pay. There are no hidden charges.
Order confirmation and tracking
Because stock moves fast, we confirm availability and the final price by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. We share the rider's contact or the courier tracking details once your order leaves the shop.
Receiving your order
Please check the item when it arrives. If it is damaged or not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days and we will fix it under our Return and Refund Policy.
